I adore this song. They are playing it in honor of you at the Manor Ball this evening!

A delightful little interlude into my evening Cait, thank you!The original Beatles version of this took about 65 takes before appearing on the White Album- no wonder things got a bit acrimonious, and the lads started working in separate studios! I like Alison's interpretation of Paul's song.Hadn't heard it before so thank you! As far as I'm concerned Paul wrote some beautiful songs, but lost the musical plot after John's death (Band on the Run? Ebony and Ivory?Mull of Kyntyre?.. perrleese) and the scenery in Alison's clip is lovely too.Are you an attendee at Willow's ball? Do you think Mr. McCartney, sorry, Sir Paul will be there? I will definitely applause when they play this in honour of you at Willow's Manor Ball.

What a beautiful song. I love the banjo intro. I think it may be a perfect song for our 25th, we spend so much time appart. Thanks Cait x

Paul McCartney has written so much of the soundtrack of our lives, hasn't he?
