Ahh, thank you, Cait.

Snow just coming down this evening! We may have a bit of blizzard overnight, including thunder and lightning. I will enjoy the show, and not think too much about my morning project.
The superintendant of the building that houses the shop has loaned me his snow shovel. I might be clearing a a foot or so of snow from the sidewalk! That's tomorrow, right now I will enjoy the beautiful view through my window.

One of my very favourite songs. Beautiful. Thank you.
It's certainly a cold and wintery world out there!

Corrinne has a lovely voice...I'm so happy to have heard that rendition. Thank you.

And thank you for stopping by to help welcome me back to Blogland. It made me smile to see your comment there.

P.S.

I forgot to say that the girl in the painting heading your blog just now looks uncannily like Bonnie Wright, who plays Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter films. Google her name, and you'll see what I mean.

OT but may I tell you how lovely it is, to visit your blog... with it's simple look... Or should I say it as...? Your blog has no wild free seasonal back-grounds. It does not take ages to load, because of lots of doo-dads and blogging-blinking things, etc. :-)

Calm. Peacefulness. The beautiful simplicity of a soft background color.

Thank you...

Cait, it is Twelfth Night...and I have been reading up & catchng up...and this piece of music was just perfectly beautiful.

This is just exquisite, Cait.

One of my favorite carols, beautifully sung.

Tonight is Epiphany night — Christmas is formally over. But a carol like this keeps bringing us back. Especially on a bleak midwinter night when it is -36°C, so cold that heavy fog is rolling in off the river. Tomorrow, the world will look like a frosted winter fairyland.
